Delete an account or learner

Delete in the app

1. Open the learner menu and choose Account. Unlock it using your account password, or your Parent PIN if you use guest access.
2. Open Settings → Account security.
3. Choose the deletion option and read the confirmation. Registered parents enter their account password and confirm Delete my account permanently. Guest parents confirm Delete this family's data permanently within their unlocked Account visit; no email registration is required.

This deletes the registered account or guest family and every associated learner's progress from the active application database. It cannot be undone. To remove only one learner, use that learner's profile deletion control where available, or email us with a learner-only request.

Request deletion by email

Email legal@dorola.com from the adult account's registered address when possible. Say whether you want to delete the whole account, one learner, or another specific category of information. For a learner-only request, provide the profile's nickname so we can distinguish it from other learners.

If you use guest access or cannot access the registered email, explain that in your message. Losing a guest device session can limit our ability to establish which records belong to you; a store receipt alone does not authorize disclosure of learner records. We will use reasonable steps to verify account ownership or parental authority before acting. Do not send your password or Parent PIN, payment-card details, a child's identity document, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Email a deletion request

This link opens your email app; it does not submit or delete anything until you send the message and the request is processed. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any information we need, lawful exception, or permitted extension.

What is removed, and what may remain

Account deletion removes the adult account, associated learner profiles, progress, exercise history, connections, and related application preferences from the active database. Learner-only deletion removes the selected learner and their related learning data, without deleting other learners or the adult account.

Restricted backups may retain copies until their backup lifecycle removes them. Necessary security, transaction, support, or legal records may be retained for their specific lawful purpose. Apple, Google, and other independent providers may retain their own records under their policies. See the Privacy Policy's retention section.

Cached files or recordings on a device are separate from the server account. Clear local app data or uninstall the app if you also want to remove its local storage. Export or request a copy of learning information before deletion if you need to keep it.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting a Dorola account or app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Use the store account that made the purchase to stop renewal. Account deletion is not conditional on cancellation; we recommend handling both to avoid a future charge for an account you no longer use.
